Learn Skills Necessary for Long Term Weight Loss

An 8-week, in-person course for implementing an eating plan, and learning the skills needed to effectively use it for long term weight loss and good health.
When: Weekly from 7 to 8:30 pm, beginning Tuesday, October 28 and ending December 16, 2014.
Where: Executive Suites, 2300 Computer Avenue, Building I (Collaborative Care), Willow Grove, PA.
Cost: $400 (reduced from $480!); payable in advance or in two equal installments, with the 2nd installment due prior to Session 5 (November 25).
