With 20 years of experience in the human services industry, Kim is currently the COO of a $40 million, 400 employee service company.
Over the course of her career, Kim has been involved at all levels of organizational development including direct client services, funding procurement, program development and evaluation, staff training and development, quality assurance, strategic planning, public relations, and operational management. She leverages this experience to help clients evaluate existing organizational systems, identify challenges to optimal performance, formulate strategic solutions, and implement changes in a manner marked by staff investment and performance improvement.
On an individual basis, Kim works with clients on building their proficiency in communicating both within and on behalf of their organization, growing talent and fostering leadership at every employee level, and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Kim is a graduate of the Syracuse University‚Äôs Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (MA, 1994, magna cum laude), and The Federal Judiciary‚Äôs Leadership Development Program (2001). She is also a qualified trainer in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
